    Shopping at Backhome

    In our store you can browse through the different menus or search directly in our search tool if you already have something in mind.
    Then click on the image of the desired product to find out more details or to add it to the shopping cart. After adding to the cart, you can choose to continue shopping or proceed to the checkout, where you must register or log in if you already have an account.
    Finally, choose your preferred payment method and confirm the order. We always recommend printing the receipt.

    Countries Online

    We are currently available to deliver our products to the following countries: Portugal, Spain, England and France.

    Customer Service Hours

    Our office hours are from 8am to 5:15pm. We want to treat you in the best way possible, so we'll answer your questions as soon as possible.

  • About your account


    If you are a new customer at Backhome, all you need to do to register is to click on “my account” and fill in the required fields. If you already have one, just enter with your email.


    To subscribe to our Newsletters, just insert the email where it says “Join our Newsletter”.


    We make the Wishlist available so that your desired product is memorized, however it is not reserved. To add a product to your wishlist, you only need to select the “heart” icon on the product details page. So, once you are logged in, just click on the “heart” icon in the upper right corner and you will find your favorite products.

    Forgotten Password

    You can recover your forgotten password when you log in. You just have to click where it says “Forgot your password?” and send an email to recover your password.

    Cancel My Account

    To be able to cancel your account, you must log in and click where it says “account deletion” and, finally, enter your password.

  • Payments

    Payment methods

    Before completing your purchase, we ask you to choose the preferred payment method. Our available payment methods are: Paypal, Visa and Mastercard, Bank transfer, MBway and Multibanco.


    We currently work with two currencies: Euro and Pound. The currency will appear according to the respective country of purchase.

  • Orders

    Order Tracking

    You can track your order in the "orders" section in "my account". After the purchase you'll receive a tracking number from the carrier to find out where your order is.

    Country of Purchase and Shipping

    The destination country must always match the country where the purchase is being made.

    Cancel an Order

    You have 48 hours to cancel your purchase, as long as the product hasn't left our warehouse. In order to cancel, you must contact us via email with your order number, the product reference and the reasons for your cancellation. If it has already been shipped, it will be handle as a refund.

    Delivery times

    Your order must arrive within 10 days.

    We will start to process your order within 3 to 5 days and send it. Afterwards, it will take between 3 to 5 days to the carrier deliver your order in the comfort of your home.
